This holiday season, we invite you to help bring joy, hope, and healing to some of the most deserving children in our community.

Speaking of deserving children, we're honored to announce a partnership with the 4th Grade Class of Ms. Samantha Nguyen, from the amazing Almond School in Los Alto, Ca.   This page is dedicated to their fundraising efforts to support children less fortunate than themselves.

​

About the Children they are supporting - Many of these children have lost parents, been victims of crime, or come from families struggling in deep poverty. All of them deserve to experience the warmth of community, the joy of the holidays, and the guidance of positive role models.

💙 About the Event

Shop with a Hero is a one-of-a-kind program that pairs local youth with Marines, Sailors, Coast Guardsmen, and Law Enforcement officers for a full day of giving, mentoring, and shared experience.

• Each child receives a $200 gift card to shop for clothing, toys, or gifts for their family.

• The day begins with a hearty breakfast, where the kids and Service Members share stories and laughter.

• Next, they ride together to Target for the shopping trip, creating priceless memories side by side.

• The day concludes at the Sheriff’s Activities Building, where gifts are wrapped, friendships are built, and mentorship continues.

What starts as shopping often ends in laughter, tears, hugs, and lifelong inspiration.​​​​​​​​​​​​​
